What Makes Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning Different?
Unlike regular cleaning, which focuses on maintenance, our Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning includes our comprehensive Deep Cleaning Package — ideal for first-time clients or homes that haven’t been cleaned in over 30 days.
Here’s what sets it apart:
| Entry Details | Can’t be there? No problem. Just leave a key in a secure place (like a lockbox or with your concierge), and we’ll handle the rest — including locking up afterward. |
| Utilities | Please ensure water and power are available. We can’t complete your clean without them. |
| Plan Ahead | Try to schedule other services (e.g., carpet cleaning, painting) on a different day. This helps avoid overlap and ensures our team has the space and time to do a thorough job. |
| Cleaning Timeframe | Move-in/out cleanings take time! A 1-bed/1-bath may take 3 hours, while a 3-bedroom unit could take 4–5 hours. All of our cleaning are priced at a 4 Hour Mininmum. |
| Add-on Services | Need eco-friendly products? Want us to clean window interiors or blinds? Let us know in advance so we can come fully prepared. |
| Carpet Cleaning | Our teams have a heavy-duty vacuum handy however, at this time, we do not offer carpet steaming/carpet shampooing. |
